Do I need to book in advance?

Can I bring my baby or toddler?
Absolutely! The sessions are designed so your little one can play safely while you exercise. Bring them along.
Why are they free?
These sessions are funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, which means there's no cost to you at all. Shirley is passionate about making fitness accessible to every mam in the community.
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothes and trainers. Bring a water bottle and a mat if you have one — though mats are available at the venue.
